Use Custom Values in Templates with Heap CRM

You can now include custom values in your templates with Heap. Just include:

[custom=Name of Custom Value]

For instance the following e-mail template includes two custom values (one at the prospect and one at the person level):

This technique also works with:

  • Event Templates
  • Google Docs

The interface of Torch Project Management's Offline Mobile Access has been improved to better blend with the iPhone and Android 2.0 interface. Additionally, the filter speed has been dramatically improved. This means you can search any list of items in the application extremely quickly.

If you haven't tried out the offline mobile interface your really missing out. You can work entirely offline and have your changes automatically sync back to the Torch service once you get an Internet connection.

Offline Mobile features include:

  • Time
  • Expenses
  • Budgets
  • Upcoming events and tasks
  • Recent messages and comments
  • Adding messages, events, time and expenses

Additionally, due the way HTML5 applications work, any update is automatically installed. No more need to download updates manually. For install instructions, look under your help section and select "Mobile."
