You can now send e-mail from Heap! Over the weekend we added the ability to send e-mail based on the type, category and responsibility. You can include images and formating using the formating guide and you can even use variables to give your e-mails that personal touch. If you find yourself sending the same e-mail over and over again, you can use an e-mail template (in the settings section), allowing you to send e-mail much more quickly.
